Keyboard: _MEMBERMITER Joins two beams into a mitered joint. As a result the two beams are trimmed to form a corner. Select first structural member: Select the first of the two beams you want to combine into a mitered joint. Select second member to miter against: Select the second beam that you want to combine into a mitered joint, then press Enter. If the mitered joint can be created in more than one way (when baselines of beams or their extensions intersect), the program prompts you to specify which side of the first and/or second beam to remove.
