Draws multiple parallel lines consisting of linear segments connected together. The end of the current segment is the start of the next segment. Ends of segments are the vertices of the multiline.

Multiline startpoint (A), vertices (B), and endpoint (C).

To draw a multiline

Specify start point or [Load style/Justification/Scale/STyle]: Specify the start point of the multiline.

Next point: Specify additional vertices. After specifying the last endpoint, choose Done or press Enter.

To specify the multiline justification

Specify start point or [Load style/Justification/Scale/STyle]: Choose Justification.

Enter justification type [Top/Zero/Bottom] <Top>: To have the specified vertices define the top line and have additional parallel lines drawn below, choose Top. To have the specified vertices define the middle of the multiline, choose Zero. To have the specified vertices define the bottom line and have additional parallel lines drawn above, choose Bottom.

To specify the multiline scale

Specify start point or [Load style/Justification/Scale/STyle]: Choose Scale.

Enter mline scale <1.0000>: To increase the width of a multiline, enter a number greater than 1. To decrease the width of a multiline, enter a number less than 1. To collapse the multiline into a single line, enter 0. To flip the justification when a multiline is drawn and alter the scale according to the value you enter, enter a negative number.

To specify the multiline style

Specify start point or [Load style/Justification/Scale/STyle]: Choose Style.

Enter mline style name or [?]: Specify the multiline style you want to use. To see the list of all existing multiline styles, click ?.

To import a multiline style from an .mln file.

Specify start point or [Load style/Justification/Scale/STyle]: Choose Load Style. In the Load Multiline Style from File dialog box choose the .mln file that contains the multiline style you want to import.
