( Toolbar: Tools > Record Actions > Record Script Ribbon: Tools> Record Script (in Applications) Menu: Tools > Record Script Keyboard: _RECSCRIPT Experience Level: Intermediate Displays the Record Script dialog box so you can begin creating a macro. Specify a location, and enter a file name for the script file. To add to an existing script file, select the script file and select the check box to Append to Script. Recording begins when you enter commands for your macro. To end the macro and write the script file, choose Tools > Stop Recording. To play the script file, choose Tools > Run Script, and select the file to play. CAUTION The script recorder does not record your use of toolbars, menus, or dialog boxes.
