XOR Toggle: XORTOGGLE

()

Status Bar: Toggle XOR Cursor

Keyboard: _XORTOGGLE

Shortcut: ALT+X

Determines whether a logical XOR is used for the color of the cursor and entity snap markers. You can use this command transparently while another command is running.

If XORTOGGLE is turned on:

  • CURSORMODE system variable is turned on, and the cursor color is inverted automatically when the cursor moves over entities or areas that have the same color.
  • OSNAPXORDRAW system variable is turned on, and the color of entity snap markers is inverted automatically when an overlapped entity is the same color.
If turned on, this can enhance visibility of the cursor and snap markers in some cases, for example if underlying entities are similar in color to the cursor or entity snap markers.

If XORTOGGLE is turned off, CURSORMODE and OSNAPXORDRAW system variables are turned off.
