Customize - Contextual Ribbon States

Use the Customize User Interface dialog box to create or modify contextual ribbon states for the ribbon. A contextual ribbon state is a custom ribbon tab that displays when editing certain items in a drawing, such as text, raster images, and external references.

In the Customize User Interface dialog box, click the Customize tab, select either a workspace or a customization file (for example, ICAD), then expand Contextual Ribbon States in the list.

To copy and paste a contextual ribbon state

Right-click the contextual ribbon state in the list, then choose Copy.

Right-click where you want to locate the copy, then click Paste.

To remove a contextual ribbon state

Right-click the contextual ribbon state in the list, then choose Delete. The program prompts whether you are sure you want to remove the contextual ribbon state. To remove it, choose Yes. To keep it, choose No.
