Subset Properties dialog box

The Subset Properties dialog box displays when you right-click a subset in the Sheet Set Manager and choose Properties.

DIALOG BOX OPTIONS

Name Specifies the name of the subset. Type a new name to change it.

Description Specifies the description of the subset. Type a new description to change it.

Publish Sheets in Subset Choose one of the following:

  • Do not publish sheets Prevents sheets in this subset from being published or sent via eTransmit.
  • Publish by sheet's Include for Print/Publish setting Includes sheets in this subset for publishing or eTransmit according to each sheet's "Include for Print/Publish" setting.

Prompt for Template Choose Yes to request a template each time you add a sheet to this subset, or choose No to automatically use the default layout. If Yes, the Select Layout as Sheet Template dialog box displays before the New Sheet dialog box when adding a sheet to this subset.
