Variable: DEFLPLSTYLE

Displays the print style name that is assigned to layer zero. This setting only applies to new drawings created without a template or older drawings when you open them (older drawings saved in a drawing format before AutoCAD 2000). Drawings that are already open are not affected.

The system variable value is read-only. However, you can change the value for named print style tables by choosing Options > Tools > Printing tab. The value for color-dependent print style tables cannot be changed.

PSTYLEPOLICY, DEFPLSTYLE, and DEFPLSTYLETBL are related system variables.

Range:     "BYCOLOR" (for color-dependent print style tables), Text String (for named print style tables)

Default:     "BYCOLOR" (for color-dependent print style tables), "Normal" (for named print style tables)
