Variable: DYNUSEANGBASE

Determines whether the ANGBASE system variable is used when you specify an angle while using dynamic input. By default, this system variable is turned off (set to 0) and ANGBASE is ignored, but in some cases this can cause unpredictable results. If you encounter issues when specifying angles while using dynamic input, try turning this system variable on (set to 1). This system variable can be overridden by the DYNMODE system variable, which controls all dynamic input features.
