Determines whether linetypes scale on the Model tab according to the annotation scale.

Type:     Integer

Saved:     In the drawing file

Range:     0 (Linetypes do not scale in relation to annotation scale), 1 (Linetypes scale in relation to the annotation scale)

Default:     0 for version 2007 and earlier files, 1 for version 2008 and later files
