Determines whether entity snaps apply to hatch entities, geometry with negative Z values when using a dynamic UCS, and underlays. The value is the sum of any of these values:

0 = Entity snaps apply to hatch entities, entities with negative Z values when using a dynamic UCS, and underlays.

1 = Entity snaps do not apply to hatch entities.

2 = Entity snaps do not apply to negative Z values when using a dynamic UCS.

4 = Entity snaps do not apply to endpoints of dimension extension lines.
