Variable: XREFNOTIFY

Determines the display of notifications about missing or modified external references. Note that the time interval for checking for modifications is controlled by the XNOTIFYTIME environment variable (not an CADdirect system variable).

0 = Doesn't display notifications.

1 = Displays the xref icon in the status bar if an external reference is attached to the current drawing. If an attached external reference is missing or modified, the xref icon is displayed with a red exclamation mark (!).

2 = Displays the xref icon as described above and a balloon message in the status bar if an external reference attached to the current drawing is missing or modified. Notifications also display in the Events Log dialog box.
