Subject: Customizing script files using a text editor

The easiest way to create or customize a script file manually is to record and save a script in CADdirect that approximates the commands and actions you want, then customize the script as necessary using a text editor. In addition to CADdirect commands, it is also common to include standard LISP functions and commands in script files.

Be sure to save the script file in ASCII format with an .scr file extension.
