Subject: Panning in real time

By panning in real time, you control the pan at the same time you move your mouse.

To pan in real time

1 Do one of the following to choose Real-Time Pan ():

• On the ribbon, choose View > Real-Time Pan (in Navigate).

• Choose View > Pan > Real-Time Pan.

• On the Zoom toolbar, click the Real-Time Pan tool.

• Type rtpan and then press Enter.

2 Click and hold the left mouse button.

3 Move the cursor in the direction you want to pan.

4 To stop panning, release the mouse button.
