Subject: Erasing construction lines

You can delete construction lines as you would any other entity, but there are two tools designed to make it easy to filter them automatically when selecting them for deletion.

To delete one or more construction lines

   1   Do one of the following to choose Construction Line > Erase ():  

   On the ribbon, choose Draw > Construction Line > Erase.

   On the menu, choose Draw > Construction Line > Erase.

   On the Construction Line toolbar, click the Erase tool.

   Type cline, choose Erase, and then press Enter.

   2   Select one or more construction lines to delete.

   3   To complete the command, press Enter.

To delete all construction lines in a drawing

   1   Do one of the following to choose Construction Line > Clear ():  

   On the ribbon, choose Draw > Construction Line > Clear.

   On the menu, choose Draw > Construction Line > Clear.

   On the Construction Line toolbar, click the Clear tool.

   Type cline, choose Clear, and then press Enter.
