Subject: Using dynamic visual styles for hiding, shading, and rendering

Visual styles can change the display of a drawing in real-time as you draw and edit a drawing. As you work, you can also add materials to entities, lighting to the scene, and a background to the current view, all of which display with visual styles that support rendering, such as Realistic and Shaded.

Visual styles can be managed using the Explorer. For more details, see Working with visual styles.
